Alisa Clark, President & CEO
Alisa Clark is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Glory Professional Facility Services. Her role includes the firm’s operations with an emphasis on customer service, client consultation, and implementation of corrective action plans. A service-disabled veteran, Alisa brings with her over 22 years of experience in the field of Personnel Management with the United States Army.
Since becoming CEO, Alisa has successfully networked with businesses, including the Georgia Department of Labor, to diversify personnel and the client base at Glory Professional Facility Services. Her knowledge and proper handling of employee relations and human resources has proven to be a key element in the retention of a stable workforce.
Alisa demonstrates effective communication between the owner and office manager, as well as the facilities manager, by fostering positive productive quality control measures. This has enabled her to deal with issues expeditiously and thoroughly thus achieving total customer satisfaction.
Terry Clark, VP & General Manager
Terry E. Clark is the Vice President and General Manager of Glory Professional Facility Services. He directs all aspects of the firm’s operations specializing in the coordination of account start-ups, contract negotiations and budget development. Terry has over 25 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry where he has served in every capacity. He has brought to the company expertise in employee training, maintenance, customer relations, and business management. He developed the Company’s Quality Control Standards.
Prior to joining Glory Professional Facility Services, Terry worked in the Sanitation Department at Hormel Foods for 12 years. The plant is over a million square feet and has strict FDA and OSHA safety guidelines for cleanliness.
Earlier in his career, Terry was a Supervisor and Head Custodian for Clark’s Cleaning Services; a family owned-business ran by his father Irvin Clark. This experience proved as a valuable stepping stone for future development.
